Stan Hieronymus briefly mentions a link between dry hopping and diacetyl reduction in his blog post today. In the comments all he'll really say about it is that he'll discuss it more in a book due out more than a year from now! I did some searching on the internet and couldn't find anyone else talking about a link between the two. I did find an interesting article on diacetyl by Fix but still no mention of dry hopping.
Does anyone have any idea what link Stan's talking about between dry hopping and diacetyl reduction?
