Just found this online. It purports to be based on Chris White's Yeast book. I haven't had a real close look but one nice feature is that it is set up for multiple steps. Further you can select the beer type and wort volume to get your targets.

The calculations look to be identical between the two sites. The one Dan found has the added benefit of stepping up the starters if needed.

I like the fact that the cell count turns from Red to Green when you have stepped up to the appropriate pitching rate.

My guess is that since the book was co-written by White & Jamil (who runs MrMalty), that Jamil's calculator reflects whatever the current calculations are in the book... So I'd expect them to be identical.brahn wrote:That's cool Dan. I wonder how it compares to the calculator at mrmalty.com
