Yes, I fly sparge, but my SS braids are set up in a manifold configuration so it works OK. I have 4 of them across the bottom of my tun. I haven't had any problems other than slow run-off and I usually hit ~70%

Just sampled my brew and it's sitting at 1.024 with very little activity. That puts it at 8.6% ABV and lot's of chocolate flavor. I'll let it sit another week before kegging, but should I bring the temp up to 68 (from 66) or just leave it alone?

At this point, I'd bring it up to ~70*. Now that primary is pretty much over, the 70* can't hurt anything and may get you a few more points of finish.

I'd bring the temp up gradually in order to reduce the possibility of throwing fusels. Generally I've seen fusel production when sudden upward temperature changes (increase in delta-H) occur. Shouldn't be a problem but just something to be aware of.
