Re: dipa
Well I burned through most of my old hops. Came up short on the recipe. Switched flavor hops to simcoe. Now I have only one ounce of simvoe left foe dryhop and that's it. (No agave I chickened out.) What do I need foe some serious citrusy aroma?

The Simcoe and Centennial dry hops should provide a good amount of citrus character to the finished beer. How long and at what temperature are you planning on dry hopping?
