All stout styles welcome ie: Milk Stout, Oatmeal Stout, Irish Stout, Imperial Stout ect. Add adjuncts or keep it plain and simple! Bullet Points below
: Come in to either shop to get your ingredients and we will get you a sign up sheet. This will be used when you turn in your beers as your entry form.
: Beers are due September 24th and can be turned in at either shop. We ask for 2x 12-22oz bottles
: The style is Stout. What type of stout is up to you. Whether you add adjuncts is up to you. Adjuncts meaning vanilla, coffee, fruit, hazelnut, peanut butter, marshmallow you name it. No oak or wood will be allowed
: The winner of the competition will get to brew their beer on Unsung Brewing's 3bbl brewhouse at the Anaheim tasting room. It will then be on tap once it is ready, also at their tasting room.
: 2nd Place winner will receive a $50 gift certificate from both Windsor Homebrew Supply and Unsung Brewing. Also beer from Unsung Brewing
: 3rd Place winner will receive $25 gift certificate from both Windsor Homebrew Supply and Unsung Brewing. Also beer from Unsung Brewing
: Judging will take place the weekend of September 25th and 26th. It will be a best of show type judging with the winner ultimately decided by Unsung Brewing.
