It is time for another friendly competition with fellow OC club OC Mashups. Last time we held this competition w/ Gunwhale Ales the mashups won , (BC won BOS). Let's all bust out the mash paddles and bring our best brews to this competition! This years comp will center around Dark Beers. last meeting you gave me some valuable feedback, that I needed to cut back on the lactose and add some roasted barley. So, am doing it again with adjustments and hopefully it stands high in the category.
