I am dry hoping my first IPA right now. I put in the pellet hops yesterday, and it is at 65 degrees. I was planning on letting it sit for about 10 days. two questions:
1. Will the hop pellets drop to the bottom of the carboy by 10 days?
2. What temp should the beer stay at? I would love to have it at 35* so that I could cold crash it at the same time, but I dont know if that is too cold for dry hoping.
What temp to dry hop at?

Dry hopping works at any temp but you will extract different characteristics at different temps. I would leave the temp where it is for a week and then cold crash. The hops will drop to the bottom.
