Just brewed up an extract APA for the competition tonight. Had not done an extract batch in well over a year and enjoyed the shorter brewing session after dinner! Clean up was faster too ... no grains to extract from the tun & false bottom

Now we have a competition. There are several people that are bring their beers in for the comp. Two of them are women brewer's so you guys better look out!!!

The Store Competition for any beer, wine and mead (all grain or extract) has 4 entries and another 6 on the way.

The Style of the month for July is ANY Lager - same as before judging will be done at the end of the month.

Just dropped my two bottles off at the shop. I put them by the back door like you said, in a brown bag with a label attached. These are for the any beer contest though, as they are all grain. Hope I win!
