When I re-entered homebrewing a year ago, I found it fascinating how many IT people were homebrewers. I almost felt like an outcast compared to the geek knowledge possessed by my peer homebrewing friends. I shouldn't really be surprised, however, since homebrewers are in fact a more advanced and evolved race of humanoids who know better than the average Joe.

I've been known to take random pictures of my friends while they're drinking and post odd remarks on Facebook about them. They either threaten to kick my ass when they see me or like to say it's not their best angle in the picture.
Beer....it's the new "water."

Just so you know, it doesn't take much convincing... :)
We better get on this before the Bru Grill gets close to opening as we'll never see you after that. August brew day?

I am planning on brewing the Sour Old Ale again very soon, or we could do something where everyone (well, probably everyone) could take something home. I'll check with the keeper of the calendar and post a new thread in the club section about it. Don't want to thread-jack.
