Anyone brewing this weekend?
I'm finally going to brew this year's imperial stout tomorrow. If I have time on Sunday I might brew an amber ale as well. I've got too many long term project beers right now and I'm running out of beer that's ready to drink.

Yes, I am sure I will be doing that eventually, but I don't think I am there yet. Just doesn't seem like it would work for a new extract brewer, that is broke, with no real preferred style to brew yet.Backyard Brewer wrote:Ah yes... that's bad. That's why you need to stock up on ingredients so you can brew on a whim.kevinham wrote:I wish, but I haven't even bought the ingredients for my next batch .
Maybe next weekend...

You guys are welcome to come by tomorrow while I brew the RIS and check out my ultra manual brewery. I will warn you that I don't have a whole lot of space to hang out with all my brewing stuff on the balcony. There's room for a few chairs though.
I've got a late hockey game tonight so I probably won't get started until around 10 tomorrow. Shoot me a PM or an email if you want to come over and I'll give you my phone and address if you don't already have them. I may be able to swing by Lyn's for a bit before I head off to hockey.

We'll see you all if you can make it! :
