The Globe - Garden Grove

Post by bwarbiany »

I've never been here, but a coworker sent me the below review in the OC Register, so I thought I'd pass it along.

Belgian beer and [primarily] continental cuisine... Looks like it's tasty.

If anyone has been there and can actually weigh in on whether the experience lives up to the billing, let us know.

Wow! And it is only about 3 miles from my office!

I'll be checking it out real soon!

I was there with the family a few months ago. We went to the car show they have on Main every Friday night then went to the Globe for dinner. I ordered a flight, a couple different lambics and Belgians, don’t remember which ones. The food wasn't off the hook but it wasn't bad either. I'd go there again.

The beer is AWESOME and the food ain't bad. Their Oktoberfest menu was GOOD! If you want real Belgian beers, this is the place to go.
