I need some Columbus, which I typically buy by the pound anyway, but probably won't use quickly enough to need 2 pounds this year. I'd be interested in trying some Willamette, but not enough to buy a pound of it and end up with 2. In fact, I might even want to limit it to 8oz rather than a pound if we split these up.
