I use the same set-up (from B3) and run the oxygen for 60 - 90 seconds per carboy, depending on the gravity.

Neva from White Labs discussed this experiment at NHC, and the general idea I took away from that portion of the talk was it was more of a pain to get the proper amount of Olive Oil emulsified into solution than it was just to oxygenate the batch.
