Looks pretty cool. Maybe Brian / Zymurguy would be interested? I wonder if you could do without the huge (4"?) valve and just use a 1.5" valve at the very bottom. I'd also be concerned about how the hopper attaches to the drum. That band doesn't look like it would work too well for liquid.

Who's going to use an upside down conical?????

Looks to me like it's for drugs or feed and would not work very well for beer. Just my $.02
