Where will the judging be held? I might be interesting in judging.
Re: 27th Annual Southern California Regional Homebrew Compet
The judging will take place at Hangar 24's distribution center, which is in Redlands. Would you mind sending me an email, so I can make sure you are on the list of people interested in judging? That way we can make sure you get the information.brahn wrote:Where will the judging be held? I might be interesting in judging.

Glad to see that this comp found a home for the judging to take place. I sure miss Main Street.

Main Street was razed in February along with the entire plaza. They are supposedly building an apartment complex and will rebuild Main Street & Lamppost Pizza in a couple of years.
I sure hope they do!

I have to admit the rest of that plaza was pretty bad though.

After a bit with Google, it appears they were included with the demo and plan to reopen in that location in abut 2 years. 1 article said Bob was on board and holding tight, another said he may open his own brewery closer to Yorba Linda.
They were my default lunch place when I worked in Corona. Sounds like the new development will be like a lot of the more 'metropolitan' places they did in Anaheim near the stadium.

Bump. 5 1/2 weeks until the dropoff date...
You still have time to brew for this! (And probably still brew for the barrel project afterwards if you move quickly.)

Down to the wire, folks. This is typically a pretty good comp, so get your beers in!
