Unfortunately, a few of the final approvals have not come through yet for the new Buena Park location so we will need to move our meeting to the Anaheim location (on the patio).

Meetings are open to all Brewcommune forum members (paid and non-paid). If you are new to Brewcommune, please come out and introduce yourself. If you haven't been in a while, please come back.

We should be having a style presentation at this meeting. If you have homebrew you wish to share and discuss, please bring that with you.

I have a suggestion. I would really enjoy a discussion of using RO water and what adjustments brewers are making to their water. I know Sam and BrianC are both using RO water and I'm sure others are as well. Thoughts?

I'd absolutely love it as well. I just started using RO (about to brew batch #4) and I think Brent is on batch #3 or #4 as well.

Not that I can likely contribute *all* that much to the discussion but I know I'd like to hear it.

And I'd definitely like it to be the January meeting, too, because I have no business trips planned [yet] for next week!

Great idea. I was in the middle of making the mass e-mail blast reminder of the meeting so I put in a plug for discussing RO.
