I will be there.
SIde note: If anyone needs any bottles (both 12 ounce and 22s) shoot me a note. I have quite a few available now that I've moved over to kegs. I can bring them with me to the meeting.

Great meeting, was great to see everyone and sample the beers! Notes should be up by Sunday depending on my work load.

BrewCommune Meeting Notes
Meeting notes from March 15, 2016 at Out of the Park Pizza in Anaheim Hills
31 in attendance
Discussed
Spencer from the SCHF Board took a few minutes to talk about the 25th year of the SCHF Festival. There has been a lot of work put into this special year of the festival. Here are some of the highlights
•New Owners at Vail have been pouring a lot of money into improving the grounds.
•Because of the improvements, its possible that a lot of areas may not have electricity. The common areas and bathrooms will have it for sure.
•Because of the electric improvements being made, generators are OK to bring.
•Festival site will not be providing chairs this year, so all clubs need to bring their own.
•Special wristbands will be handed out to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the festival
•On Friday of the festival, 5 craft breweries will be pouring beer. Clubs can pour Friday as well.
•Two semi-permanent hydration stations are being setup. This should improve being able to locate them as well as their use.
Spencer also talked about bill 2172 in the legislature at the moment. The bill, if passed, would allow restaurants to let homebrewers being their beer in to be served. They will be asking all clubs to help email/mail in to let them know of the communities support for this.
If you have not already and would like to, you can sign up to pour as well as register what kegs you are bringing on the forums. Please check those threads for further specifics.
Theme suggestions for our members at the festival are welcome. If you have great idea, please be sure to share it in the forums.
Confab (to be renamed!) was at Valiant Brewing in February. 30 members showed, and it was a great success.
Brad W hosted the March Brewday. Lots of good times and great BBQ had!
Don't forget to buy your SCHF ticket!
