DC motor for mill

I harvested a DC motor from a treadmill to use with a grain mill. It has the motor, the mount, the speed controller/power supply. I won't be getting to that project and isn't moving with me. It's free to a good home, or a bad home....

I've been long thinking about building a motor and mount for the grain mill, but never quite got around to it. I suppose this might be a fun project.
