Great planning. Does everyone have 4 bottles? If so, get them ready.

Will

The plan is to get the bottles to Brewer's Hardware before Jan 15. The homebrew will go out with the GameCraft beers.

All right. I'll drop off bottles tomorrow morning. Remember to label bottles with a "to" and "from" to help sorting.

Whoopsie. I just wrote my name on the top of my bottles so if you need one of mine just grab one that says "Will" on the top.

I got some feedback for this time. I will incorporate drop-off window and a pick up day.

For this thing, I'll give some personal reviews. Also, please post your beer description here. Mine is:

This is a spiced winter ale using extract. It has a Maris Otter base. Specialty malts are carafa II, special B, and some amber ale LME. This was to make it malty and give the beer substance. Belgian character added by specialty malts. Added a good amount of light malt extract and corn sugar to try to thin body for oak chips and add ABV.

Oak chips in rum were added. Spices are cinnamon, orange peel, vanilla.

High AA Cascade hops used just for bittering. Calc shows 27 IBU.

OG 1.068
FG 1.009
