March Club Meeting - Kolsch Style Presentation

Hey All,

Our March meeting location is TBD but the style presentation will be Kolsch. So get your brewing boots on and try and brew one to bring to the meeting so we can share and taste against the style guidelines.

If you're looking for a recipe, The Modern Homebrew Recipes book by Gordon Strong has a really good Kolsch recipe that I've brewed a few times and turns out great.
