Hey guys... I put this together in a few minutes, looking for a simple Amber ale that would suit the family over Christmas. Need something that can be brewed on 12/7, kegged about 2 weeks later, and ready to drink by 12/25. I think this should be simple enough to come together that quickly, especially since there's no dry-hopping involved. Thoughts?
