cologne kolsch from midwest

brewed the kolsch from midwest supplies last night and did a late addition of half of the extract. stoked on this one it will be nice to have a brew you cant normally find around here!!

primary 2 hop head iipa
primary 3 empty
secondary 1 blueberry mead
secondary 2 blueberry melomel
secondary 3 irish red
bottled belgian wit,bavarian heffe,mexican cervesa

Cool Lance. Have you tried the late extract method before, or is this the first time? I've heard good things about that, but only after I started brewing all grain.

i have done it several time to keep the color light.

I started a separate thread on extract brewing as I had more questions regarding splitting the extract into 2 additions etc, but didn't want to derail the cologne kolsch portion of this thread :cheers:
