
These judges all commented on too much alcohol flavor, which none of the batch 50 judges noticed. They also all commented on a little bit of astringency which one of the batch 50 judges picked up on (not the Master ranked judge though


The basic comments on all the scoresheets point to one thing that needs to be changed: it needs more body. The yeast I used just chewed through everything and left it very dry. I find that pretty nice, but I can see why it might bother them. More oats should take care of that.
