Quick question: what is a good time to arrive up there?

I'm trying to decide whether to take all day Friday off, or just the afternoon. I just started in this job last October, so I'm trying to accumulate some PTO.

I figure if I'm out of work at noon, in Yorba Linda by 1, and then in the car to Lake Casitas, even with crappy traffic we would be there by 4. I'm sure that's early enough, right?

I think check in starts at 2 with check out 12 on Sunday.

I'll need to get a final tally of who's camping where so I can get you a copy of the reservation so you can get in on Fri.

I'm in B17 with my ride so there's one more car on that'll have to pay $8 to get in.
Same with B16 & B19 first car free, 2nd car $8.

If everyone checks out the google spreadsheet to make sure they're on it, I'd appreciate it.
Cheers,
Lyn

BrewmasterBrad has to give you access to it.

He's in San Diego at the Craft Brewers Conference so PM him and he should be able to get you access tonight.

Count me in B17 with you... So I'll cover the $8 for our car.

What time do actual festivities start on Friday?

And obviously, since we're there we can help with setting up the booth, but I'll need to know what time you are going to start.

I was wondering this as well. I am coming with two other people, so we need to coordinate getting off work early.

So you're saying that if we arrive by about 4 PM, we'll be there in time to help set up the serving bar?

I'm planning to leave around 9:30am on Friday, so I should be there by 1.

That said, I think it would be more fun to have the bar in someone's camp for the night and just drag it over in the morning.

I agree, or we could just have the jockey boxes set up at the campsites. If the bar is mobile enough, it would be great to have it in camp on Friday night.

Google hates me too. Someone registered our domain with one of google projects and I can't get a password. I guess I'll have to get a regular Gmail account. Bastards.

One more thing, if everyone could pick up a bag of pretzels while you are doing your shopping for food at the fest, then we will have plenty of munchies to serve at our booth.
