I finally got around to uploading a few of my recipes... The two that have received the most "critical acclaim" are the milk stout and Turner Field IPA...
The worst part of the process? Going through my list, I only had six recipes I actually thought worth sharing
Time to stop brewing all my normal recipes and start making some new ones

The taste is mellow as well. It's certainly balanced more toward malt than hops, but it doesn't even come across "malty". The yeast really becomes the central character.
This most recent batch, I'd make three changes:
1) I'd switch to WLP500 from WLP550 -- I'm looking for more fruitiness.
2) Ferment hotter -- We had a cold snap during fermentation, and I had trouble keeping the ferment above 65 degrees. I ended up having to wrap a coat around the fermenter, but that didn't even cut it.
3) Mash warmer -- I think I ended up with a little bit TOO fermentable of a wort... Needs a shade more body.
