During the meeting tonight, while sampling several Christmas Ales, we talked a bit about how much spice to put into this beer or that. I had mentioned that BYO had a nice Excel spreadsheet with their collection of spice amounts & uses. Just in case I did not post it before, here it is.
I am also starting my own sheet for gruit spices. If you ever want to go down that road, let me know. It is a work in progress, and I'll keep working on better suggestions for Wormwood, Sweet Gale & Yarrow... my 3 gruit spices of choice at the moment.
