Interesting comp I've come across with some cool prizes attached. The caviat being you are constrained to a small ingredient list.

You can make a 4B Dunkel, 5B Bock, 9E Strong Scotch Ale, 11C Northern English Brown, 12A Brown Porter, 6B Blonde, 6C Kolsch, 7B Cal Common, 8C ESB, 11A Mild, 10A APA, 10B Amer Ale, 14A English IPA, 14B IPA, 14C IIPA

You must use all of the following grains:
Pilsner Malt,
Light Munich Malt,
C 60
Flaked Wheat
However, you can use any of these as 1%. As long as it is in your grist you are good.

You must use 2 and only 2 of the following hops:
Northern Brewer
Centennial
Challenger
Northdown
Perle
Saaz

You can use any yeast.
