News from RHBC for a local "fest" in April.

Post by spkrtoy »

I got this as a "club" rep from the IEB/RHBC members:

"We are also working with the City of Lake Elsinore to hold a Homebrew Festival in April. I met with the promoter last week and he has a few small details to work out for us and when he does we'll be ready to rock! The event will showcase all clubs who want to participate as well as the shops etc and will be open to the public. There will be a competition with decent cash prizes that will have two sets of judges, the regulars AND the PUBLIC! This could be a blast and a half! What a way to garner new members"

Any interest in a "pre-Homebrew Fest" event or is this the "break out" from the normal fest?

I got this from Brenda Davis, President of RHBC, link HERE .

Otherwise, what are the comments on their website?
Other clubs use them, and we have a PHBB forum. I'm just asking for comments, not wanting to get flamed, so comments only please. I do really want to be a part of a brewing community, just cannot brew anytime soon, so your thoughts are welcome, and appreciated by the masses.

Be well,

Thanks for posting this Lyn. I just sent Brenda an email to let her know that we would be interested in participating.
