Re: Possible stuck ferment on my Honey Blonde Ale

Nice to read this, since I face exactly the same problem as you do. And my batch is fermenting for weeks !!!! at least 8 weeks I guess, i forgot it. Just because it takes so long for the process itself, the gravity falls vveerryyy ssslllooowwwlllyyyyy. I had calculated the timer, like 1% per 10days ...

Re: not really using - rolling carboys

Hi, sorry for the late answer, I did not check this thread for a while. Sure, you can. This is what makes it so nice. It works like a roll cart and you cn turn up-side-down since the bottle is in a 'cage'. I did not make it myself, I got it from somebody who ordered it from a pro, originally it was ...

not really using - rolling carboys

Hi team, I am not sure where to post, so I put it here. I got 2 rolling carboys as shown on the picture. I never had such nice rolling and turnable holders before, I use KEG's. And since I guess I do not need them I just want to check if somebody else could really need them. Maybe someone with a bad...

Re: New here - join he club?

JonGoku, I left many things back there. I just brought some equipment I better have with me. I never had that much stuff, it was always more fun than science. Usually I "cooked" about 5 gallons. First I bottled it always, than I changed and put it into keg's (draft beer). It's easier and f...

Re: New here - join he club?

That is what I call a active and nice forum, thanxs to all. Yes, I will join the club, I can not miss that. I guess by the end of this week I better visit more beer in Riverside, I do not want to go out of practice. I am just relocated from old Germany to Torrance/PV, unlimited... lol. Hopefully I w...

New here - join he club?

Hi, I am also new here, in this community and in CA. This club is a real great idea, wonderful. And many of you are in the neighborhood. Hopefully I will have the chance to meet you. As I understood the club is more than a forum and helping online each other, what is already a nice move. You also bu...
