If you ever want candi sugar darker than clear, you can make it yourself. It's an INCREDIBLY easy process.

What does this mean? 6 ozs? 6 grams? 6 seeds : ) ? Crushed I presume?

Drew Cluley, head brewer, states in the article, "I'd recommend about 6 or 7 coriander seeds be crushed & added for the last minute of boil. Although this may seem like a miniscule amount, a touch of coriander is all that is desired."

In BeerSmith, the use of 'items' instead of 'oz.', or other units, fits for single item things... (like cinnamon sticks, seeds, clove buds, etc.).

I definitely want to make this ale sometime this year... hoping to get to it sooner..rather than later.

6 or 7 seeds sounds just goofy. Makes me doubt everything that Cluley says. Even 1 tsp. fresh Indian coriander doesn't impart much taste in a 5-gallon Wit.

I'm anxious to see how this turns out for you. Please leave tasting notes here. Thanks!

I've been waiting to brew this for a longtime now ...

It is time.

Brewed it up, and put it in the fermenter Sunday afternoon! This is my first time using WLP530 .... just had to rescue the air-lock and replace it with a blow off tube!! Good thing I caught it before it blew!
