I find myself a little worried that someone refers to a case as something they 'are working on'. I find myself working on an occasional keg, but never once have I had to "work" on a case.... uh oh....
C'mon, Jacques Clouseau works on cases all the time!
My case though was very easy and a pleasure to work out. I am now in search of a new case.

Actually, I still have some bottled homebrew which in your sense of the term I really need to "work" through. It was one of those that flavor wise was not quite there and it also carbed up a little too much so you get one of those gradual foam lava flows after you uncap it. Not horrible, but i hate how it stirs up the flocculated yeast and adds to the flavor in a not so yummy kind of ways.

I'm up for supreme. Myself and Maynerd (both new posters) will be there tonight to check it out.

How much homebrew should we bring? I was thinking about bring a bomber each of my latest two batches.

Hi Maynerd,
To keep the complexity down, we're only getting pepperoni and supreme. Thanks!

Not 100% sure I'll be there yet, but put me down for either and I'll PayPal someone $5 if I no-show.

A bomber is usually a good amount, it does depend a bit on how many people show up.

I am presenting on Oktoberfest beers tonight. I am bringing some Ayinger Oktoberfest, Gordon Biersch Marzen, Paulaner Oktoberfest, Spaten Oktoberfest, and Sam Adams Oktoberfest. If anyone has any other examples of this style, feel free to bring it. I am bringing some copies of the BJCP style guidelines and I am attaching some additional reading.
