May 22nd Meeting 7pm at Out of the Park

Dan at Out of the Park Pizza is welcoming us back for another meeting.
Meeting place will be on the patio.
I know the location of Out of the Park is Out of the Way for some members but it is a great place for our meetings.
It has been difficult to find any alternate place that can meet all of our needs.
If anyone knows of a place that is willing to host our meetings, send me a name and number of the contact person.

Yeah, it's a bit out of the way for some of us, but they are very accommodating. The meeting space works very well and the food is awesome. I'll drive a little extra further for that. Thanks Don!

Hate to complain but is there any way to make the meetings a consistent day? I thought they were always on the third Tuesday of the month. Aprils was the second Tuesday and Mays will be the fourth. Or if is going to stay flexible may be the dates could be posted further in advance.

I can understand the need we all have for consistency.
It would be nice to have a regular meeting place that we could depend on.
I've called several places that looked like a good place for a meeting. Restaurants, bowling alleys, and meeting places like the Phoenix Club. They are either too expensive or they will not allow us to bring in our homebrew for fear of breaking some unknown alcohol law.
Most pizza places are too loud for us to hold a productive meeting. The noise level at Oggi's was extreme. I don't intend to book another meeting there.
Out of the Park Pizza has been very hospitable to us. Dan let's us meet in the patio area where we can fit everyone and the noise isn't much of a problem. The parking is good, plenty of seating, good food, 30 beers on tap.
I'll talk to Dan at the meeting to see if we can meet there again, on the 3rd Tuesday, in July. If so, I'll post it right away.

Tustin Brewing has also been a good venue for us in the past.
