I'm not sure that TBC (or the great state of California) will allow a style presentation. Any thoughts?

Maybe you could buy the beer from TBC? You'd have to get their current tap/bottle list to see if there is a style represented well enough to make it work.

So the closest thing I could come up with would be a sort-of IPA tasting, but it would be all over the board...and costly.

Old Town IPA - $6
Mothership DIPA - $7
Arrogant Bastard - $6
Sublimely Self-Righteous (espresso) - $7
Pliny - $7
Dorado (DIPA) - $7

I think we will have to skip the presentation this meeting.

However, I will buy a couple of those to pour samples if you are interested, as well.
