Just tested my CO2 levels on my entry, and am very happy with how it is tasting. I'll be bottling them up next weekend and dropping them off early in the week..

Well, I have my entries bottled and ready for drop off!
I will be heading over to The Bruery's tasting room about 4:30pm tomorrow (Tuesday). I plan on sampling a few taps for about 2 hours if anyone is in the area and wants to join me!
