Just 1 question ... should I enter my IPA as 24.2 Herb/Spiced Beer or 30.1 Imperial Anything ??

Interesting... I might actually have something for this. I guess I need to keg my O'fest. I also have a fruit beer and a mint milk stout.

Bought fresh mint, chopped it up and soaked in vodka to sanitize/sterilize it, and dumped that all (including the vodka) into the fermenter.

Added after the bulk of fermentation was complete, although I don't do "secondary" so it went into the primary fermenter.

I would think 10.1 - "west coast extra pale ale" would be a logical place to enter an IPA if you have one.
