Perhaps public radio is interested in the homebrewing scene.

Thought the Radio personality spelled her name 'Patt'? Interesting if it is said person.

Ahh... no.

Pat purchased one of my stir plates from eBay and picked it up at my house last night. He's a pretty knowledgeable brewer and seems like a cool enough guy. He was asking about home-brew clubs and meeting other brewers so I, of course, turned him on to Brewcommune.

Should be the same guy or it's a huge coincidence!

I meant should be the same guy that bought my stir plate, not the KPCC personality
